Dominant on the Small Tour in 2013 is the striking bay 2004 German Oldenburg gelding Rigaudon Tyme by Rosario out of Carmen by Calypso II/Granit, bred in Germany by Heide-Marie Merkhoffer. Rigaudon Tyme was purchased at the 2007 Summer Mixed Sales and has since enjoyed success in young horse classes as he worked his way up the levels. Recently at the International Horse Sport Champions Cup CDI-W Rigaudon Tyme and Evi won the $1000 CDI Intermediaire I Freestyle with a 69.024%. They also placed second in the Intermediaire I with a 68.533%. At the Palm Beach Dressage Derby CDI-W they claimed second position in the Intermediaire I Freestyle with a 69.150%. Rigaudon Tyme’s dam Carmen has also produced Fabienne Lütkemeier’s successful Grand Prix horse Qui Vincit Dynamis by Quattro B and the Advanced Dressage horse Luck Luke by Lavall I. For Evi he just continues to get better and better, “he is outstanding. As he is a big horse it took him time to finish growing and to mature. I tried to stay patient and now it is paying off. He continues to improve and we are now working on some of the Grand Prix movements.”
